GetaGripp AS was established and run independently in its early years, with the main focus on recruitment and close cooperation with small and medium-sized businesses. Over several years, we have worked to identify the right skills and assist managers in important employment processes.
The recruitment services are delivered in collaboration with Sky Rekruttering, where we are part of a wider professional environment. This gives access to a larger network, established methods and increased capacity.
Through close cooperation with businesses, we have experienced that the need often extends beyond recruitment alone. Many companies are in need of stronger economic structure and strategic support during growth and development phases.

With a background in leading financial positions and a master's degree in economics and finance, he adds solid professional weight and operational experience to GetaGripp AS.
